Update 3 (February 22, 2023)

12:30 PM (Indian Time): According to Samsung Support UK, the bubble on the screen is caused by multiple layers of glass lamination which provides water and dust resistance.

The Galaxy S23’s display has multiple laminated layers of window glass attached directly to the display panel. To ensure that the device is water/dust resistant structures, the seams are pressurized to prevent foreign matter or liquids from entering.

Update 4 (February 23, 2023)

12:07 PM (IST): On their website (see “Update 1”), Samsung claimed that the slight defect on the screen is caused by light refraction at some angles.

However, there is Some pictures From users who have already shown that their Galaxy S23 units have a small bubble (not just a visual effect):
