As part of the process, 25 violation notices were filed, nine of which were for improper storage, eight for improper records or lack of records of transactions and acquisitions or production and three for non-compliance with technical standards prescribed for implementation. activity.

Three administrative offenses were registered for making explosive precursors subject to restrictions available to individuals.

During this operation, 11 tonnes (10,875kg) of potassium nitrate and three tonnes (2,950kg) of potassium permanganate were seized for storing nitrates in excess of the permitted quantity and for not having a license issued by PSP.

The action arises “within the exclusive and specific competences of the PSP in terms of licensing, regulation and supervision of the manufacture, storage, marketing, use and transportation of arms, ammunition, explosives, dangerous goods and explosive precursors”.
