OnePlus makes a surprise announcement about OxygenOS

Last year, OnePlus and Oppo announced that they would merge, and as part of this deal, the two companies (which are owned by BBK Electronics) have merged their software units. The plan was to combine OnePlus’ OxygenOS UI with Oppo’s Color OS user interface to create a “unified user interface” that would debut on a new OnePlus 2022 phone. This should have been the end of OxygenOS.

while the OnePlus 10 Pro Released in China, instead of a unified operating system, the phone runs the Color OS from Oppo. And to make things even more confusing, OnePlus announced That OxygenOS 13 is coming. on her website, oneplus He said, “Now, it’s already 2022 and while we can’t go to offline events just yet (I’m sure everyone on the community team would love to meet you in person), we’re bringing back OEFs online (Open Ear forums) to bridge the distance between us with a topic New – OxygenOS 13.”
