We’re less than an hour before OnePlus’ big event begins. to repeat, Here’s how you can watch the live broadcast.
So what about extra gadgets, like the successor to the OnePlus Watch (pictured)? Well, we wouldn’t rule it out completely, but again it’s not very likely.
We say that because OnePlus has a cadence, as it teases the launch aspects more and more in preparation to date. So if some new technology is released other than the OnePlus 10 Pro, we’ve likely heard about it already.
Admittedly, OnePlus’ cadence was a little different this time around, because the 10 Pro was introduced so early in China, and that means there’s less focus on “disturbing”. But with that said, we’ll probably have heard if a new watch or earbuds came out.
We’ve heard quite a few phone fans wondering if OnePlus will release a new Nord phone today, or an entry into its mid-range and entry-level line that it launched in 2020.
Frankly, this is unlikely. OnePlus has always kept its flagship numbered series, and its Nord line, completely separate. They haven’t shared launch or release dates, and they’re also very different in terms of design and feature sets.
So do not believe that OnePlus Nord 3 or Nord 2 T Will appear today – sorry.
Best OnePlus Phones
Long gone are the days when OnePlus will have one or two phones on sale at any time. The Chinese company has been busy diversifying its smartphone portfolio in recent years, and that means you now have a wide range of devices to choose from.
We are here to help you decide which one is right for you, as we have compiled a file Best OnePlus Phones You can buy now.
Where will the OnePlus 10 Pro land on our list? You’ll have to wait for the full review before it can be considered – so watch this space
Since the OnePlus 10 Pro is the only phone coming today, we’re a little sad that the company doesn’t actually make “Lite” phones.
This phone probably isn’t cheap, and it’s always nice to have an affordable phone for people who can’t afford an uber-expensive model. The OnePlus 9 (pictured) was the 9 Pro, for example.
But OnePlus’ phrasing was frank that the Pro is the only phone in the line, so we don’t expect an affordable alternative.
We’ll likely hear about OxygenOS 12 at the launch event — OnePlus’ next build from the Android 12 fork.
Features OxygenOS 12. The only one left for one day until the #OnePlus10Pro!March 30, 2022
This is a plus for all OnePlus fans as the update may be coming to some older phones from the brand as well – so any new updates may be rolled out to more devices over time.
The teaser we shared above shows a ton of icons like game console, music note, paintbrush, and more – we don’t think that actually means all of these features will get changes, maybe the app icons themselves will.
If you’re a big tech fan, you might want to check out some of the news stories we released this morning, while waiting for the OnePlus event.
Oh, one thing to point out.
We said the OnePlus 10 Pro charges 80W, and it is – unless you live in the US. The phone version has only 65W of power. The company has already confirmed this.
We should probably look at the OnePlus 10 Pro itself at some point, right? This thing has already been launched in China, so we know all about it.
OnePlus has a 6.7-inch 2K 120Hz display, split by a punch-hole for the front camera. You can see the design of the phone above.
The cameras are a 48MP main, 50MP ultra-wide, and 8MP — oh, and there’s a 32MP camera on the front for taking selfies. That’s a total of 138 megapixels, if you like math.
The phone has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, a 5,000mAh battery and charges at 80W wired and 50W wirelessly.
I was actually able to pre-order the OnePlus 10 Pro for a while.

Since we know all the specs of the phone, you might be interested in pre-ordering it now, but we’d recommend waiting a bit – we have no idea how much the phone will cost just yet.
While we’re not expecting that today, we’ve heard rumors of a new member of the OnePlus 10 lineup coming later in the year.
This is the OnePlus 10 Ultra Which a few leakers have rounded up – details are light on the ground but it looks like it will come towards the end of 2022, possibly with back screen is very.
As we said, it almost certainly won’t show up today.
We mentioned in the introduction to this live blog that the OnePlus 10 is not coming – let’s dive into it.
at MWC 2022, an annual tech fair held in late February, TechRadar attended a OnePlus briefing where the company confirmed this fact. He told us that the OnePlus 10 series will only have one phone.
This also means that there will be no OnePlus 10T, but this could be a case of “we read between the lines a lot”.
The OnePlus 10 appears to have been dropped so the company can focus more on its Nord series of mid-rangers, so we can see the OnePlus 10 in the spirit, but not its name.
in our area OnePlus One ReviewThe tester gave the phone four stars out of five, describing it as “amazing value for money”.
One of the downsides to the review is the “non-removable battery” which, after several years, is something you can’t even imagine. Not because the non-removable batteries are gone, but because it’s quite the norm.
While today’s event is mainly about the OnePlus 10 Pro, we think they will be talking about the OnePlus One as well.
We are looking for 100 OnePlus One owners to receive #PowerOf10. Register with Red Cable Club for a chance to win big prizes.March 27, 2022
This tweet is the main reason for saying so, and the company has similar ads on its website that say the same thing.
This might just be a celebration of 10 generations of the OnePlus phone, given that 10 is a great round number, but it’s not quite that simple. There was no OnePlus Four, and the OnePlus One is only eight years old.
But the number ten is a nice round number, as we said. So we have to wait and see.
Welcome to the OnePlus 10 Pro live blog!
The event is hours and hours away – it’s later in the day than we generally see Chinese phone companies hosting their launch events – so we can have a nice slow tempo to our posts for a while.
