The attacker was identified as Alejandro.
According to journalist Carlos Jiménez from Channel 6, the victim and the aggressor consumed alcoholic beverages on a public road and the victim fell asleep drunk.
Alejandro was detained by agents of Mexico City’s Civil Protection Secretariat, and the case was handed over to the Public Ministry.
