Dancing with the Stars: Joseph Baena, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, talks about his father’s role as Hercules

During the Disney-themed night, Baena, 25, stepped up to the character and said he thought it was funny to portray his father as “Hercules in New York” in the 1970s.

“It’s a movie I’ve watched since I was a little kid… It’s always been one of my favorite characters growing up,” the fitness model told Fox News Digital exclusively.

“It was funny to me being able to portray this character as well that he portrayed…We had a blast doing it and I thought it was cool.”

Baena indicated that he would be interested in playing “Hercules” in a futuristic movie Like his father if the opportunity arises.

“I hope it’s your next Hercules,” Pina laughed.

After his professional dance partner, Daniela Karajac, has been absent for the past two weeks due to COVID-19, the two performed Charleston’s “Hercules” on the dance floor. His partner dressed up as Hercules’ love, Meg, in the Disney version.

Baena took to Instagram to show off his all-night outfit, which left him shirtless while wearing a brown leather kilt and leather wristbands. He styled his hair in a mullet to complete the look.

In an Instagram video, he stood in his dressing room in front of a song from the Schwarzenegger movie “Conan the Barbarian.”

“I had so much fun in my outfit tonight,” the caption read, with a laughing emoji.

When he asked Fox News Digital about his training regimen to prepare for it Dancing with the Stars shows“Danny,” his partner joked.

Baena revealed his future plans once the season is over.

“Political aspirations? We’ll keep that on hold for now,” he joked. “But acting is number one for me. It’s my passion. It’s my everything… I’ve been a huge fan of movies my whole life… It’s a profession that I really want to pursue, and I’m pursuing it.”
