The San Francisco 49ers’ takeover of Christian McCaffrey It paid its big dividend on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.
McCaffrey has done something no other player has done since the LaDainian Tomlinson Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2005 when he was with the San Diego Chargers. McCaffrey threw, rushed and hit a landing like Putting the 49ers away Rams, 31-14.

The run also became the first player to have at least 30 yards, 30 fast yards and 30 yards since he did so in 2018, according to ESPN Stats & Info.
McCaffrey threw a 34-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Ayok in the second quarter. He then got a 9-yard pass from Jimmy Garoppolo in the third to climb 17-14. The former Carolina Panthers star had 94 fast yards on 18 coaches and eight receptions for 55 yards in the game.

Garoppolo was 21 for 25 with 235 yards and two touchdown passes. Aiyuk led the team with six catches for 81 yards.
Matthew Stafford was sacked twice in the match in favor of the Rams and was unable to move the attack. He was 22-for-33 with 187 passing yards and a touchdown pass to Cooper Kupp, who finished eight catches for 79 yards.
Ronnie Rivers added 21 yards on eight gigs.
McCaffrey made his 49-man debut in a 44-23 loss to Kansas City Chiefs last week. He had 38 flowing yards in eight attempts and two sources for 24 yards. His trade was one of the biggest of the season so far with rumors of more deals circulating throughout the NFL world.

San Francisco’s 3-4 win of the season made them. Two of their three victories include victories over rams. The 49 players have not lost to the Rams in the regular season since December 30, 2018.
