Angelina Jolie wins the fight against Brad Pitt in the war on the French winery

Angelina Jolie has won a legal battle against her ex-husband Brad Pitt in their highly emotional war on Chateau Miraval Winery, as they married in 2014.

The couple took control of the famous Rose Company in 2008 when they moved into the mansion located in a Provencal vineyard, and the house has been toiling in picturesque buildings and grounds ever since.

But on Friday, a Los Angeles judge said Pitt and his associates should turn them over to opposing attorneys — and said they could not delay until they appealed the decision.

Sources close to the “Maleficent” star’s business operations have told Page Six that Pete has let his anger over a sinister split get in the way of common sense business.

“Any sane human being would be happy for Stoli [be a partner in their business. They have top-notch marketing and distribution,” they said, explaining that the firm offer huge opportunities to grow the business. “He just can’t see past his hatred of Jolie.”

They said that the idea of selling a chunk of the business for better distribution is counter to his long-held plan for the project, which is to plow profits back into the company.

The couple who has six children, split in 2016. They have been together since 2005.
