The The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) mourned the death of one of members of its Special Monitoring Group during the Kharkiv bombing (SMM) in Ukraine yesterday.
The organization notes that Marina Fenina was “collecting essentials for her family in a city that has become a scene of war.” Report.
“In Kharkiv and other cities in Ukraine, missiles and bombs strike residential buildings and city centers, killing and injuring innocent civilians – women, men and children,” the OSCE said, “condemning the sharp increase in bombings in urban areas, causing damage and death to civilians.”

While mourning the death of Fenina, a “valuable member” of the group, the organization urges the Russian Federation to “immediately stop hostility and engage in purposeful dialogue.”
“Our colleagues in Ukraine have been in touch with his family to offer him our support,” he concludes.
