Seven states will determine victory in US presidential election – USA

North American presidential campaigning is heating up, with candidates focusing their attention on decisive states.Mutual accusations of threats to democracy.

Republican and Democratic campaign teams disagree on almost everything, but say these elections will be decided by very narrow margins, probably in so-called key states (Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Nevada).

Therefore, in the final election campaign, Democrat Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump are betting all their chips on these states. With an intense agenda of rallies and vote-seeking activities, especially among communities considered more reluctant to vote.

“Nobody is going to be convinced to change their mind at this point in the championship. So what we have to do is try to mobilize our voters, especially by getting the most disaffected voters to the polls,” said Leo Stein, one of Kamala Harris’s campaign management operatives.

Stein — who lives in the state of Virginia, not far from Washington, DC — moved “arms and baggage” to North Carolina, where a de facto headquarters for Harris’s campaign, considered essential to a Nov. 5 victory, was set up.

The secretary is among those responsible for using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to find undecided voters, and likely voters who have yet to decide whether to vote Democratic.

But Stein has another concern: getting voters to the polls as soon as possible, taking advantage of the early voting deadline, and fearing that many votes could be challenged by the Republican campaign.

“In the face of reports of irregular voting, if that vote is given early, we still have time to respond to the report in a timely manner before November 5,” Stein explained, expressing concern over the fact that thousands of conservatives. Activists complain to election officials and suspect irregularities.

Emily Grace, deputy campaign director for the Republican Party of Michigan, admits her group is concerned that Democrats are encouraging noncitizens to vote, some of whom are ineligible to do so.

“We have law firms that we’ve identified and analyzed thousands of cases of irregular voting using AI,” Grace admitted to Lusa.

Accusing Democrats of promoting these illegal activities, Republicans are determined to prevent undocumented immigrants from voting in presidential elections.

“The Democratic Party is a threat to democracy. Look at the way they pressure undocumented immigrants to vote, against all state and federal laws,” a Republican campaign operative denounced.

Both parties are confident that the election will be decided by very few votes in very few statesCampaign initiatives, media advertising time, and vote-gathering activities are concentrated in a small core of “swing states” locations.

“At least, unlike previous elections where campaign efforts had to be spread over several states, this year we can focus on well-identified territories and more defined voter groups,” Stein admitted.

“We’re using the same tools, in the same places. But nobody knows for sure how this will end,” Grace concluded, adding that he believes it could be weeks before election results are known. Little difference in votes and suspected irregularities.
