Frankenstein worries the drug authorities. It is 40 times more potent than fentanyl

Its effects are similar to those of morphine, oxycodone, heroin, and fentanyl, but their potency is much higher. According to laboratory tests, nitsens are hundreds of thousands of times more potent than morphine and 40 times more potent than fentanyl.

Frankenstein can be taken in pill, powder, or liquid form and mixed with other substances such as heroin, benzodiazepines, or fentanyl.
