FConcerned about the poor condition of a road in Carmarthenshire, Wales, people decided to take matters into their own hands. So they put up a sign instructing travelers to “remove teeth”, “adjust bra straps” and “keep knapsacks” as they pass through Abergorlech Road, which they describe as “the worst in the area”.
“Welcome to the worst maintained road in the county – courtesy of Carmarthenshire County Council,” it read.
According to the residents of the area, the municipality has already been informed about the road problems and some potholes have been repaired. However, they did not install new tarmac, which residents say is necessary, according to Wales Online.
Although the sign is funny, citizens have warned that the problem is serious, pointing out that it is essential to have a place for residents to drive and cycle safely.
But the municipality clarified that the road is without maintenance due to lack of funds and such works are carried out according to the risks.
