Russia accuses Portugal, Spain and Germany of abducting Ukrainian children from their mothers

At an informal meeting of the Security Council this Wednesday aimed at addressing “measures taken by Russian authorities to remove children at risk”, Russian Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia accused several countries, including Portugal, of taking “hundreds” of Ukrainian children away from their mothers.
