Manchester United will play Sevilla in the quarter-finals of the Europa League this season.
Manchester United and Sevilla have met each other in Europe over recent years, with the Spanish team finishing top in both the Champions League in 2018 and the Europa League in 2020.
Sporting CP, who recently knocked out Arsenal in the Round of 16 on penalties, is playing Juventus.
Dutch Feyenoord will play with Roma, led by Jose Mourinho, in what will be a repeat of last year’s European League final match.
And the first player in the European League, Royal Union Saint-Gilloise (Union SG), meets German Bayer Leverkusen.
In the semi-finals, the winner of the Manchester United match against Sevilla will play the winner from Juventus against Sporting. Feyenoord or Roma will play Bayer Leverkusen or Union Saint-Germain in the second semi-final of the tournament.
The draw for the quarter-finals and semi-finals of the European League was also held, where West Ham United will face England’s Gent. The winners of this competition will play either AZ Alkmaar or Anderlecht in the semi-finals. Other quarter-final encounters saw Lech Poznan take on Fiorentina and Basel take on Nice.
